Do you need an office in every country where our assets are?
No. Assessment, platform, monitoring and sustainability services are delivered from the UAE. Where physical maintenance or cleaning is required, we contract and govern a vetted local delivery partner so you still have one point of accountability.
Do we have to replace our existing FM contractors?
No. HITEK integrates with existing contractors and systems. You can start with visibility and governance over the contractors you already have, and change only where performance warrants it.
How long does an international asset assessment take?
Typically six to twelve weeks for a multi-country portfolio, depending on the number of sites. CONDTEK reduces the time needed on site.
Can you support our net-zero and ESG reporting obligations?
Yes. We baseline emissions, build your roadmap, manage energy and waste performance and prepare consistent data for group reporting across jurisdictions.
Where is our data held?
